Yes! Jillii makes it easy for guests and hosts to share photos and videos. You can upload media directly to your event’s home feed. Any media shared by guests must be approved
by the host before it becomes visible to other guests on the feed. Both guests and hosts can like, comment, share, and engage just like on social media platforms—but in a more private setting. It’s a great way to capture and relive memories together.
No, Jillii does not sell or share your personal data with any third parties.
Your events are always private. Only the people you invite will be able to interact with your event. You have full control, ensuring that only invited guests can view the details and participate.
To delete your account or an event, go to your profile settings within the Jillii app. From there, you can choose to delete your entire account or select a specific event to remove. Please note that deleting your account will permanently erase all your events and data.
If you encounter any issues or need assistance, you can reach out to our support team directly through the app. Just navigate to your profile settings and tap “Contact Us” section and submit your query. You can also visit our website’s contact us page or email us for further assistance.
If you’re not receiving RSVP notifications, check your notification settings within the Jillii app to ensure they are enabled. Also, make sure your device’s settings allow notifications from Jillii. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or contacting support.
To reset your password, go to your profile settings and select the “Change Password” option. You can also reset it from the login screen by clicking on “Forgot Password.” Enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a link to create a new password. Follow the instructions in the email.
Yes! You can invite guests even if they don’t have the Jillii app. Simply share the invitation via email, text, or WhatsApp, and they’ll receive a link to view the event details. For the best experience, we recommend downloading the app.
No, there is no limit! You can create as many events as you like on Jillii. Whether it’s birthdays, weddings, or casual get-togethers, you’re free to organize and manage all your events in one place.
To edit an event, go to your event profile screen and select the invitation section you want to update. From there, you can make changes to your invitation. To edit the guest list, navigate to the guest list section. If you need to cancel the event, simply tap the three dots at the top right and choose the “Cancel Event” option. Guests will be notified automatically.
Jillii offers a variety of themes and templates to suit any occasion. To customize, simply select your template, select the text and start cuztomizing. You can browse through various designs, add your own images, or even upload personalized video invitations. Make your event uniquely yours!
